Never showed for appointment

We were scheduled for a technician to come out Monday August 21st in the afternoon afternoon since last month. No one showed by 5:30pm so I called and waited on hold to finally get someone. They let me know we are definitely on the schedule someone would be there by 6pm. By 7pm no one showed so I called and again sat on hold to have someone just vaguely say "oh yeah no one's coming we have to reschedule". We did not receive any notice no one was coming or that we needed to reschedule I had to call after a volunteer was waiting since 12. I clarified we are a non profit and have to arrange a volunteer to sit on site and we have a current large stinging insect nest that we are concerned about but waited for our scheduled appointment. I was told we were put on for a rush appointment and we would get a call within 2 hours of opening to scheduled for Tuesday, August 22nd. I never received a call in the morning of Tuesday August 22nd so around 12pm I called and was told sorry nothing I can do but escalate this and you should get a call asap. Now to today. Not only has no one shown up for our service but I never received a call and you email me to "schedule for those week or next" We are severely disappointed with Bug Out formerly McNeely

Bugout Jumped Ship, when the Going got Tough!

My lawn has a fungus or bug problem that caused it to initially "yellow" then brown eventually dying. (The area is continually declining now) I wrote the President, Paul on May 24, 2012. - He wasn't even professional enough to respond to me. I received a call from Jeremy (tech) who stated he has a fix. I agreed to allow him the opportunity to apply it to the area infected, (to include potash which is Potassium) It did not resolve the problem and in fact the area has grown (dead grass down to the dirt) I wrote the President on June 14, 2012 and this was his response: I am disappointed that we have not been able to satisfy you. Our patience is also running thin. We do not feel it is beneficial to continue to try to work with you due to the lack of trust you have in our ability to properly diagnose and suggest remedies for your lawn. I have communicated with Robert this morning and we both agreed that it was best if we found a way to politely and respectfully discontinue our lawn service with you. Robert will contact you with his offer to make this separation fair and to settle your account with us. Wow! That's it? Your service covers fungus and pest problems for my lawn and you decide when we have an issue to back out gracefully? This is unacceptable and unprofessional! Not only, did he not respond to my initial email in May, when he finally did respond, he dropped servicing our home. (did not resolve the issue, because HE had am expert on his behalf come out and stated the issue was due to a chemical being applied) Which is a LIE because the deterioration or decline continues weekly. WOW! Terrible Company to deal with when things go wrong! (They'll bail out)
